SMC電磁閥輸出軸轉(zhuǎn)動圈數(shù)電動閥門裝置輸出
必須采取各種組合方式,歸納起來有兩種:一
是對電機輸入電流的增減進行判斷;二是對電
軸轉(zhuǎn)動圈數(shù)的多少與閥門的公稱通徑、閥桿螺
距、螺紋頭數(shù)有關(guān),要按M=H/ZS計算(M
頭數(shù))。過去對SMC電磁閥進行保護的辦法是
使用熔斷器、過流繼電器、熱繼電器、恒溫器
為電動裝置應滿足的總轉(zhuǎn)動圈數(shù),H為閥門開
啟高度,S為閥桿傳動螺紋螺距,Z為閥桿螺紋
等,但這些辦法各有利弊。對電動裝置這種變
負荷設備,的保護辦法是沒有的。因此,
機本身發(fā)熱情況進行判斷。這兩種方式,無論
那種都要考慮電機熱容量給定的時間余量。
清洗法:
SMC電磁閥管路中的焊渣、鐵銹、渣子等在節(jié)
流口、導向部位、下閥蓋平衡孔內(nèi)造成堵塞或
受到損傷還應研磨;同時將底塞打開,以沖掉
從平衡孔掉入下閥蓋內(nèi)的渣物,并對管路進行
卡住使閥芯曲面、導向面產(chǎn)生拉傷和劃痕、密
和大修后投運初期。這是常見的故障。遇此情
況,必須卸開進行清洗,除掉渣物,如密封面
封面上產(chǎn)生壓痕等。這經(jīng)常發(fā)生于新投運系統(tǒng)
沖洗。投運前,讓調(diào)節(jié)閥全開,介質(zhì)流動一段
時間后再納入正常運行。
